Leith Hill Music Festival - Day 2
The Saturday night of the 2-day Festival sees six local choirs combine forces to celebrate ‘Baroque Splendour’.
The majesty of two of Handel's Coronation Anthems and the sublime beauty of Bach's Concerto for two violins, are complimented by the drama in two contrasting settings of Dixit Dominus from Isabella Leonarda and Antonio Vivaldi. As with the Friday night concert it is a programme of the old and the new which is accessible to all.
