Big Fish Little Fish 'Animal Fantastical' Family Rave

For families with younger children (8s and under), though all ages are welcome.

The original family rave Big Fish Little Fish goes wild in Dorking for the third time for some award winning fun at this 'Animal Fantastical' themed event for families with 0-8 year olds (but all ages welcome).

Resident DJs Baker & Beale will spin an eclectic club classics set from acid house to drum and bass. Dance through the bubbles, foam and balloons or make something animal on the Wacky Wheadon's craft tables. Pop on some fancy dress, grab your toddler and go ape on the dancefloor.

Be transformed by our excellent face painter Doxa Faces! Fancy dress is optional but encouraged - any animal real or imaginary. Let's dance, craft and be daft with all the unicorns, dragons, monkeys and tigers! Get ready for a roaring good time!

Important Info

  • Adult only groups are not admitted
  • Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.
  • For families with younger children (8s and under), though all ages are welcome.
  • The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together. It is meant to create a clublike atmosphere so there are no DJ requests/birthday shout outs.
  • There will be low lighting, smoke effects & flashing lights (no strobes)
  • DJ line-up may be subject to unavoidable change.
  • BFLF sets and monitors the volume using World Health Organisation guidelines so that it is at a safe level for everyone, even the youngest babies, over the 2 hour duration of the event. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.
