Chairman's Christmas Concert

At the Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall

Thursday 07 December 2017
Time: 19:00

The Chairman of Mole Valley District Council, Councillor Simon Ling, is hosting an exciting evening of entertainment and carols and would be delighted if you could join him in celebrating Christmas and the wonderful talent we have here in Mole Valley.

The charity concert will showcase a wide range of styles and ages and you will have opportunities to join in yourself on a few familiar songs.  Both West Ashtead Primary School and Therfield Secondary School will be entertaining you, along with the wonderful  barbershop singing of The Downsmen.  We’ll be starting and finishing with rousing performances from local choirs Soundbytes and Natural Voices.

With tea coffee and mince pies, and a pay bar as well, this promises to be a memorable evening.

All of the proceeds will go to the two hard working charities that the Chairman is supporting this year.  The Conservatory Club, part of Mid Surrey Dementia Care Trust, provides a safe environment for people with memory difficulties to socialise and be supported, while The Meeting Room run daytime drop in centres to support vulnerable people in the community.
