Dorking Halls is the premier local destination for hosting conferences and meetings.

We cater for all professional needs, from informal meetings in the newly refurbished Vaughan Williams meeting room to large scale conferences for 750 plus delegates in the Grand Hall. The team have vast experience managing a wide range of events and the technical facilities at your disposal are second to none. We also offer free parking adjacent to the venue.

Our clients include the NHS, The National Trust, Surrey County Council and Prudential.

Day Delegate Rates

All day delegate rates include: hall hire, free Wi-Fi access, registration table, data projector, lectern, PA system, projector screen and microphones.

Standard Day Delegate Rate: £30 per person

  • Three coffee breaks with luxury biscuits
  • Sandwich lunch
  • Juices and water served with lunch
  • Mineral water served throughout the day

Half Day Delegate Rate: £25 per person (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm)

Premium Day Delegate Rate: £35 per person

  • Arrival coffee break with pastries
  • Morning coffee break with luxury biscuits
  • Afternoon coffee break with cakes
  • Finger buffet lunch
  • Juices, canned soft drinks and water served with lunch
  • Mineral water with cordials served throughout the day
